According to Heath, Jade’s owner, the 1.5-year-old dog has found her purpose in lifting the spirits of Mrs. Riddle, a client of Heath’s girlfriend, who manages a home health care facility.

Mrs. Riddle had been grieving after the loss of her dog, which had passed away on the anniversary of her husband’s death. Deeply saddened, she welcomed the company of Jade, who has become a regular visitor.

Now, Jade has extended her healing presence to others, particularly Mrs. Riddle. Jade’s mother is a mix of American Eskimo and Shiba Inu, while her father is an Australian Shepherd, which may explain her energetic nature.
