Two-year-old Mau was discovered in a dire condition at a cemetery by a compassionate passerby. He was emaciated, exhausted, and so dehydrated that his frail body lay helplessly by the roadside.

Now stable, Mau has been discharged from the hospital. The doctors decided against surgical removal of the bullets, fearing the high risk of failure.
