In a damp and abandoned house, we discovered a dog, motionless and barely breathing.
When we arrived, his eyes opened slightly, as if he had been pulled from a fast-moving current and handed a life preserver.
We rushed him to the rescue center without delay.
The dog’s past must have been a nightmare: hunger, cold, skin infections, and immense pain. Even when he warmed up, his whole body still trembled as if he were lying on cold ice.
His eyes seemed to tell a story filled with countless emotions: perhaps the painful past, the struggle to breathe in the present, or the hopeful dream of a future with a loving family.
Miraculously, the fragile dog has now recovered, feeling comforted by the love of his new owner and family. He’s been given an adorable name: Greyhound.
May the love he receives give him the strength to fight for his life. He is not only overcoming the years lacking care from his previous family but also demonstrating incredible resilience and a tremendous will to live!
