Meet Khanyisa, the Albino Elephant Princess Who Loves Her Evening Milk Bottles

Last Update:

In the heart of South Africa, Adine Roode embarked on a remarkable mission at the HERD elephant orphanage and sanctuary.

She introduced orphaned baby elephants to the Jabulani elephant herd, creating a new family for these little ones. Among them, a particular albino baby elephant named Khanyisa captured hearts with her unique appearance.

As Khanyisa grew, she seamlessly integrated into the herd, thanks to the guidance of the adult elephants. Recently, the majestic herd strolled by the dam, returning to their home as the African sunset painted the sky in mesmerizing shades of orange.

Awaiting her arrival was her dedicated caregiver, Reply, who had prepared two bottles of nourishing milk. Khanyisa wasted no time and eagerly slurped down the creamy goodness.
